Stuart Nash who has over 10 years experience in the residential property industry and heads up the team at Stuarts Residential.
We deal with all types of property from studio flats and elegant country homes through to the management of purpose built apartment blocks. We are open during normal office hours as well as being contactable seven days a week via our Blackberry’s! However, if you are planning to come and visit us it is best to ring first and make sure we are available, as we would hate for you to have a wasted journey!
We are proactive in the way that we market our rental properties and we use various methods including internet advertising via rightmove.co.uk, findaproperty.com and primelocation.com; colour adverts in the mid-Somerset series of newspapers as well as bright and bold to let boards.
For your peace of mind we are members of the Property Ombudsman for Lettings, have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance and are members of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
