    As we run into 2013 we are thrilled to report significant increases in demand for properties for sale, the main accelerant for this is not just an increase in mortgage lending or people wanting a change of lifestyle but probably the planned infrastructure improvements to Rochester river side with construction of around 2,000 new homes coupled with two new hotels including new restaurants, bars plus Rochester Railway Station is set to be relocated in plans costing around £26million pounds! Without doubt interest in property is back to pre-recessions levels this should give everyone a real confidence boost.
