The Mortgage Shop was created over 15 years ago by Gary Fairhall & Mike Friend after we both left the banking industry. After humble beginnings, working out of the back of a letting agent, we have grown to employ 6 mortgage advisors and 5 support and administration staff whilst arranging 1,000s of mortgages for many satisfied clients.

This has enabled us to do repeat business year after year whilst receiving many personal referrals from our clients to assist with their friends and family. In fact many of our client's children are now using our expertise to arrange finance to enable them to get their first foot on the property ladder!
