We are a long established estate agency operating out of our brand new office in the heart of Princes Street. We’ve been a ‘name about town’ since the TRG Lawrence & Son doors first opened in 1920, but we know that estate agency has changed a lot since then, and during this time, we’ve evolved, we’ve adapted and we’ve channelled everything we’ve learnt into who we are now.
Today, as much as we did nearly a century ago, we still recognise that buying and selling your home is a big deal. It’s the largest investment most people will ever make during their lifetime, yet many homeowners struggle to cut through the noise of the saturated estate agency market and find themselves an agent they can trust, who knows Yeovil and who puts their needs before commission. And we don’t blame you – there are a lot of agencies out there! We understand that putting trust in someone you don’t know to do your home justice and market it right is a daunting task.
That’s why we believe in an honest, genuine and personable yet professional approach to working with clients. Trust isn’t something that happens instantly, but we’ve been successfully earning it and helping our clients to sell their properties and buy new ones all this time. We do this by knowing our local market and really knowing our sector.
Joanne Stubbins, Associate
Jo began her estate agency career in Yeovil in 2009 and joined us at TRG Lawrence & Son at the beginning of 2016. Her extensive experience in residential property marketing is enhanced by a real knowledge of the local area, having grown up just down the road in Crewkerne. Her real passion lies in working with clients, giving them the advice they need and a brilliant quality of service.
Rowan Duffy, Branch Co-ordinator
As our Branch Co-ordinator, Rowan ensures everything runs smoothly and acts as the first port of call for customers. She has many years of experience in customer service roles, including having assisted re-mortgaging and conveyancing teams before joining us at TRG Lawrence & Son in January 2015, when the Yeovil office reopened. She went to school in Sherborne and currently lives in Yeovil, so has a wealth of local knowledge at her disposal.
Olivia Sugg, Sales Negotiator
Olivia started in sales at the tender age of 12 by working for the family business and has combined her skills in this area with her passion for property to lead herself into estate agency here at TRG Lawrence & Son. Having been born in Sherborne and grown up in East Coker, she knows the local area well and uses this to her advantage when helping her clients find their dream home.
