    *  Our contract is clearly laid out, and your valuer will ensure you do not sign anything you do not understand, or are uncomfortable with.  If you would like to operate on a 'one-off viewing' basis then ask your valuer for more information on this.  We will advertise on 'dressing' your property, and accompany all viewings.
    *  We have the benefit of unique two office marketing in two prime locations in Tewkesbury with our High Street office offering seven day a week opening.  We will also advertise on all other relevant property portal websites.
