    Sophie Matthews, Managing Director

    Tattershalls was founded by Sophie Matthews in 2016. With over 5 years of practical experience of letting and managing residential properties in Nottingham, Sophie is responsible for delivering the highest possible level of service to her clients. By getting to know her clients and their properties over the years, she has developed a detailed understanding of the sub-markets within Nottingham and who her core market is. Sophie's ability to put herself in the shoes of her clients and act in their best interest has earned her the trust of many of Nottingham's most successful landlords.

    For tenant looking for properties to call home, Sophie excels at listening to their requirements and filtering their searches to quickly match them up with the right properties. With an open and honest approach to brokering a deal, she is able to manage both sides' expectations and ensure that the tenancies start on the right foot.

    After-care service is one of Sophie's strengths. The relationship does not stop once the tenancy starts; quite the opposite, in fact. Each tenant has the right to enjoy their property and should rightly expect everything to be functioning properly throughout their occupation.
