    Fine Art department auctioneer, Martin Lambert, and team (including specialist Valuers) provide a fully comprehensive valuation service for Art and Antiques before auction sale as well as 'red book' valuations for the purposes of inheritance tax (probate), insurance and family division, fully regulated by RICS Registered Valuers.     Anne has been helping people move home within West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds for almost 30 years. Having successfully started and run Wychwoods Estate Agents 17 years ago. For me the greatest pleasure comes from helping people make the move they either want or need to make, achieving the right price on a sale and working with clients all the way through the process. I see angles on property which many people miss to help vendors maximise on their sale. Outside work my passions are properties (particularly projects) and horses, my husband and I have a bit of a collection including my Cob cross riding horse, and we are trying to breed a superstar race horse of the future.

    Peter is a Fellow of the RICS and has extensive knowledge of and wide ranging experience of the property market in the south midlands counties. He qualified over 30 years ago and has subsequently worked in the commercial, rural, development and residential sectors, covering a wide range of projects including agency, valuation, planning and project management, often working with period and listed buildings which are a particular interest. He has also more recently qualified to undertake Commercial Energy Performance Certificates.
