Mark Brightwell, Director. Mark has approximately 30 years’ experience in estate agency and for the last 18 years managed and directed the business through the highs and lows of the property market. Mark has a “hands on” approach to the day to day running of the business, specialising in creating a strong self-reliant team and working to provide a friendly, personal approach to the process of valuing and selling properties.
Mark continues to invest in the business with investment in a new office allowing maximum marketing space with 10 beautifully presented windows in which to display property.
Tim Anderson, Sales Manager. Tim spent the first nine years of his career with the largest corporate estate agent in the UK achieving important milestones including top sales negotiator within that company for 3 years running and becoming branch manager. He spent six years managing a large Milton Keynes independent agent, developing his skills with new homes and potential building plots alongside high end priced properties.
Born in Bedford he has a strong network of past and present clients that recommend him for honesty, service and results.
Steve Birchall, Property Consultant. Four years ago Steve joined the team having worked for 10 years in a large corporate company and brings a wealth of experience with him. Born and bred in Bedford he is well known and widely respected.
Starting as an office junior in estate agency approximately 30 years ago, there is little Steve does not know about the business. Over the years Steve has handled all aspects of valuing, buying and selling property from the smallest starter home or flat through to country estates.
Caroline Sawyer, Property Consultant. Caroline has worked in estate agency for 5 years and draws experience from many years in customer service industries.
