The advert will include photographs taken by a professional photographer, detailed floorplan, detailed advert and high-quality sales particulars.

We will erect a visible 'For Sale' board and we will also advertise on social media networks.

Any prospective buyers that we have waiting will be contacted by telephone and email with details of your property.

Viewings -

Full accompanied viewings are included free of charge as our experience shows that both the home owner and the prospective purchaser find this a less stressful and more informative way to view a property. This allows us to provide accurate and constructive feedback to our clients, thus providing a better service to all concerned.

You will receive feedback after each viewing. All feedback is welcome as it allows us as the agent and you as the owner to make any necessary changes that may impact on selling your property.
