As the name suggests, The Lettings Office concentrates 100% on lettings and property management, nothing else.
The Lettings Office are full members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents. This is the regulatory body for the letting industry and our staff are trained to ARLA standards.
There will always be an element of risk when letting a property and areas where you may feel uncertain about the regulations. Our aim is to minimise that risk by providing you with letting and management services that are genuinely comprehensive.
Our staff have a wide understanding of current regulations and our many years of experience in the letting business mean that you can depend on our inside knowledge.
The Lettings Office is now owned and managed by a large Scottish based company called LET-it, who currently manage over 1,000 residential properties across the West & Central Scotland and have over 20 years experience in the industry.
Our Services are fully inclusive of the following:
FREE inventory of your property before it is occupied, even if it is not managed.
All utilities and council tax all taken care of for you, you do nothing.
We deal with professional/working tenants as well as large companies. Housing benefit or DSS tenants may be acceptable on individual properties subject to landlord approval.
All potential tenants fully credit and reference checked giving you complete confidence in your tenant.

Tenancy agreements, notices and all legal paperwork all taken care off on your behalf
Regular property visits to check on the condition of your property, providing you with a written report on its condition. We look after your property as if it were our own.
Fees for Landlords with multiple properties to be let are fully negotiable
