From the very start of the process, Kelly and Mike provided an excellent service, with good follow ups (without being too pushy), and were very quick to answer any questions I had in the offer process. Once the offer was accepted, I pretty much assumed that I would then be on my own through the rest of the process, but was very surprised (pleasantly) to get contact from you for the ongoing management of the sale. This is a pretty exceptional service that The Property Centre offers, and one that I was very impressed with. With you, I always felt that I was speaking to someone who genuinely cared about the customer's experience (rather than just going through the motions for the sake of it) and gave me honest answers, which helped to manage my expectation. The help offered in terms of the electrical survey, the plumber quote, and facilitating these and my brother's follow up inspection once the property was empty, made things so much easier for me. It is testament to how impressed by the quality of both the service offered and the staff employed by The Property Centre that as soon as Mike had given me the key today, I turned around to sit with Sarah to sign up for The Property Centre to handle the letting of the flat.
