20 years on and counting...
Theydons was founded in 1992 and twenty years on we are still proud to be the area’s leading Property Service Company. Innovation and excellent customer service is vital to every area of our business which is built on exceeding clients’ expectations. Our extensive range of services from selling & renting to property management & mortgages means that we have every aspect of the property market covered.
Our sales & lettings directors are experts in their respective fields with over fifty years’ local knowledge between them supported by a friendly and helpful team whose professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent knowledge of the area make them key to our company’s success.
We decided in early 2007 to simplify our name, therefore Theydon Property Services become simply Theydons. In late 2007 we extensively refurbished our office and created a brand new user friendly website.
On the 1st May 2012 we opened our latest branch in E18, covering South Woodford, Woodford Green, Wanstead & Snarebrook and again updated our user friendly website with improved photographic displays plus much more.
Looking forward, we will continue build on our innovation & professionalism and will endeavour to deliver results with a minimal of stress in an ever changing housing market.
