At Didcot we have just relocated to a stylish new open plan premises in the centre of town offering sales and lettings in a spacious open plan office, with onsite parking.

Nick Wilder has been director at Thomas Merrifield since the office opened and he has an unrivalled knowledge of the town and surrounding local villages.
Nick has been helping buyers and sellers through the sometimes frustrating moving process over the last 25 years.
James Merrifield joined the firm having worked in property and construction before following family footsteps into estate agency.
The sales team is completed by Natasha Renmant who Co-ordinates the database and liaises with customers and buyers alerting them to the latest instructions and meeting potential buyers for viewings.
Our letting team is headed by Director Nicolette O’Reily who opened the lettings and property management department for Thomas Merrifield from our Head Office in Oxford.
Due to local demand Nicolette opened the Dicot Department in 2009 expanding the services on offer and team to co-inside with our move to the new premises.
The team include Nicolette O’Reily, Anita Crossley, Cath Fagan and Donna Kensett.
