    We have realised over the years that it is vitally important to make our properties stand out in the market place. Our extensive internet advertising does just this and generates many enquiries which in turn means more potential tenants and shorter void periods.

    Our rental particulars are produced utilising the most up to date technologies to ensure that they are eye-catching and informative. They include dimensions, full colour photographs and internet floor plans, the purposes of which are to encourage potential tenants to book an early viewing appointment. Our To Let boards and newspaper advertising are also key elements of the extensive marketing package.

    How it all comes together

    Our 7 residential branches are well placed to handle all our many landlord and tenant enquiries, conduct valuations and carry out viewings together with the preliminaries of the rental transaction.

    The tenants details are then passed to our Administration Centre, references are organised together with gas safety certificates, inventories, deposits and moving-in dates. It is our clear objective to move tenants in at the earliest opportunity which means our Landlords receive their rental income sooner.

    Once tenants have taken occupation, we deal with any maintenance issues, regular property inspections, lease renewals and all other associated works.

    Our landlord clients can relax safe in the knowledge that their property asset is in the hands of professionals and is being managed to the highest possible standard.

    Why rent with us?

    As a tenant renting from Thomas Morris you will be safe in the knowledge that you are dealing with a professional Lettings Company who has let hundreds of homes over many years.

    It is our objective to move you into the home of your choice in the shortest time frame with as little disturbance to you as possible. This is acheived by the dedicated team of people who work in our Administration Centre. When they are not there, we have an out of hours helpline solely to assist tenants if an emergency occurs.

    When you move into your new home, you will provided with a comprehensive inventory of the property, its contents and a schedule of condition. It is important to note that the deposit you have paid will be protected under the Government's deposit protection scheme and registered with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).

    Hugh Morris, Partner
    Hugh is the Partner in Thomas Morris responsible for Property Management. He has been in Estate Agency since he left school which in his words "is too many years to mention". He has considerable experience in all property matters and being a Landlord himself, completely understands what should be expected of a good Letting Agent and brings this to bear in his day to day business dealings.

    Sandra Watson, Manager
    Sandra is a vastly experienced letting agent having worked in the industry for over 21 years, 11 of those years managing the lettings operation for Thomas Morris. During this time she has seen many changes, not only in the industry as a whole but in the way in which Thomas Morris has grown its managed portfolio of properties throughout the region. Sandra's main role is to oversee the smooth running of the Property Management Adminisration Centre and to ensure that all legislation governing the private rented sector is strictly adhered to.

    Ann Rayner, Property Management Consultant
    Ann has worked for Thomas Morris Property Management for 8 years. She has an extensive knowledge of the legalities of letting properties and says her main role is to see our tenants into their new homes as quickly as possible! Anne deals with tenancy applications, tenancy renewals, gas safety checks and organises trades people to attend our managed properties without undue delay.

    Sharon Young, Property Management Consultant
    2008 was the year that Sharon joined the team at the Property Administration Centre. During this time she has built up an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business from detailed credit referencing to liasing with Landlords and Tenants over maintenance requirements. Sharon has a keen eye for detail which certainly is a distinct advantage when dealing with so many on-going property matters.

    Callie Minchin, Property Management Consultant
    Callie has recently joined the Thomas Morris Property Management team after previously working in estate agency for 3 years. She has a considerable knowledge of the areas in which the company operates and thus is able to relate to our Landlord clients and their properties. She prides herself in delivering excellent customer service and is building good working relationships with all associated parties. She sees her role as one of moving Tenants into properties and effectively managing their requirements and the Landlords along the way.

    Since joining Thomas Morris Property Management in May 2011, Lisa has forged excellent business relationships with many of our Landlord clients and Tenants.Her primary duties include the carrying out of routine property inspections, final inspections and the preparation of detailed inventories and schedules of condition.

    Gabrielle first worked in property management in 2005 and since then has gained professional experience in both national and international companies within the UK. She prides herself on meticulous attention to detail and enjoys the challenging but rewarding nature of her role.
