We will get an eye catching 'for sale' board erected outside the property within 72 hours, all our 'for sale' boards have a QR code which will enable buyers to use their phones to access all information about your property directly on our website straight away.     You will have an allocated sales negotiator who will act as your primary point of contact. All viewings will always take place at your convenience, 6 days a week to market your property to the fullest potential. If you wish for the viewings to be accompanied that is what we shall do, we will attend all viewings at the property, arriving five minutes before the viewing time in order to greet all potential buyers at the door. We will then show them around the whole property pointing out important features.
