When Trevor Kent launched his firm in 1970 he was conscious of his local connections with both his father and grandfather having lived and built in the village. On his mother's side the family goes back further still, this time in Chalfont St Peter, and include a Bailiff of Bulstrode Mansion in the 1860's. Trevor's sons are now actively involved in estate agency too and he is ably supported by a strong and experienced team lead by Michael Phillips FNAEA, himself over 30 years with the firm. Presidency of the estate agency industry's professional body led to national and international connections being formed together with much radio and television exposure and it's true what they say - 'it's not only what you know, but who you know' that helps when it comes to marketing a home for sale or rent.
