Turnill & Company were established as Surveyors & Valuers in March 1985, operating from Sutton Valence. We quickly established a very busy practice, carrying out professional work for a number of private clients and banks and building societies. Our work at that time was primarily concerned with undertaking Mortgage Valuations, Home Buyers' Reports and Structural Surveys on all types of residential property in Kent and East Sussx.
When you market your property, it is important that the Agent which you choose provides comprehensive coverage in order to reach as many potential buyers as possible. It is now well known that most of these buyers either come from the immediate locality or visit an Estate Agent in the vicinity when contemplating their next move.
