Somewhat belatedly, for which I apologise, I am writing to say how pleased Pat and I were with the way our house was sold by you agency recently.

I guess most of us sellers do not have a particularly high opinion of estate agents generally, but I have nothing but praise for the way in which you assisted us - Duncan in the marketing and sale stages and then yourself with the progress chasing towards completion. As Duncan knew, my original inclination was to sell the property myself on the internet, but I would not have been able to cope with the after sales activity in the way you did - you demonstrated in no uncertain manner the old adage that it's not what you know, it's who you know that matters.

We were all caught up in delays outside our control because of problems down the chain, but I was also particularly appreciative of the way in which you kept a light touch of my own activities in the background so that it all worked out very well as a team effort.

You had just opened your office in Leighton Buzzard, and we were very impressed with your first advert in the local paper, which was very informative about how you worked.
