Founder, Mrs Valerie Rose launched the company with a wealth of experience gained over many years in property management and extensive geographical knowledge of the areas served including Newark, Lincoln, Nottingham and surrounding villages.
We offer full management, let only and tenant finder options. We are supported by an excellent team of local, reliable contractors for property maintenance and refurbishment.
The service we offered to landlords commences with an on site visit and assessment of rent. No fee involved.
