    Lynne opened Chester-le-street in 2011 and then the Durham branch in 2015, together with Carl and Michael. Lynne endeavours to improve our business model and make it easier for our customers to move forward. Known for her 'straight talking approach', members of the team see her as being a responsible and extremely knowledgeable part of Ventures' outfit.
