Simon insisted on 4 week sole agency period, as I wanted to instruct another agent to achieve quick sale. In the end I agreed on a sole agreement as I convinced by Simon that it wouldn't be necessary as he was confident he'd have my flat sold by then. Proved to be the case as the property has just exchanged."
