View Residential was set up in 2005 by Karl Brown, initially offering services to investors looking to purchase property at on-going developments. Since then we have expanded our business to offer full management and tenant only find services to those investors as well as individual landlords.
Due to our background and knowledge, we now specialise in all areas of lettings including block management at numerous developments throughout the North West, along with single residential properties.
