    Once a tenant has been sourced they will undergo a rigorous referencing process and all necessary data checks. You will have a qualified administrator on hand at all times to not only draw up the paperwork, but be there any time of the day to answer your queries and offer their expertise.

    If you elect for comprehensive management service then we will ensure your tenants are looked after for the full duration of the tenant. In our experience, a reactive and contactable management approach is key to satisfied tenants. We will take care of any maintenance issues that become apparent with our team of proven contractors who have shown us that they will do their job the best possible quality whilst keeping your expenditure to a minimum. We will ensure your property is being well cared for with continuing contact with the tenants and regular property checks.
