    Contact with us is usually via telephone, in person or website.

    We will ask you for your details including Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email so that we can add you to our database and keep you informed of any properties that match your requirements.

    We will arrange viewings for you and accompany you when required.

    If one of our properties meets your requirements we will forward offers to the vendor on your behalf and then negotiate until we reach an acceptable figure to both parties.

    Once an offer is accepted we will ask for details of your Conveyancing Solicitor, we can recommend Solicitors locally but are happy for you to use any Solicitor of your choice.

    Mortgage advice is available from an Independent Financial Advisor if you require but there is no obligation for you to use our recommended Advisor.

    If you wish to have a Survey, again we can recommend a Surveyor but are happy for you to instruct one of your own choice.

    We are available throughout your purchase to help with queries and welcome your calls or visit to the office for advice.

    David Horder MNAEA
    David is a Senior partner of the company and has been selling houses in the area since 1986. As a result David's local knowledge is invaluable when valuing and advising clients. David was born in Queens Road and has been resident in Blandford all of his life having also served as a retained Fire Fighter in the town for some 18 ½ years. David met his wife Tracy when she joined the company and she still helps out in the office to this day. Tracy's home village is Milton Abbas.

    Debbie joined the company in 2007 after working for another local independent agent. She first met David during their School days at Middle School and grew up in the nearby village of Winterborne Clenston where her father was a Farm Manager. Debbie enjoys all aspects of Estate Agency, remains calm under pressure and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals of buying and selling. In her spare time she enjoys all things crafty.

    Luke is the 3rd generation of the Horder family to join the company back in the summer of 2014. Luke's role is as a Trainee Negotiator and has settled well into the role following in his dad's footsteps. Luke's interests include Tennis, Mountain Biking and Socialising!!
