    Catalina Lopez/ Satraj Kaur (Managing Director)

    Satraj set up the residential sales & lettings divison under the LOVE YOUR POSTCODE brand and acquired WLYP in 2011 having spent several years working as a commodities broker for BP & Citi Bank in London. This brand is now widely recognised as the market leader in the Birmingham market place, with Rightmove ranking us Number 1 out of 300+ agents often. 

    Satraj's role involves finding the best available sales property for new and existing clients, negotiating the best packages possible, arranging for clients to visit their prospective properties, and building good working relationships with property owners.

    Satraj has responsibility for the long and short term business planning and growth strategies for the company and on a day to day basis for finance, the website, IT and administration. As overall company boss she is also well versed in the skills of negotiation, peacekeeping and discipline.

    Satraj's hobbies include yoga, spirituality and yoga. Did we mention Yoga twice?

    Robert Dodds (Marketing)

    Robert began working as a consultant in Corporate Sales for WLYP.CO.UK in February 2010. He has experience in the property & engineering field having previously worked as a qualified bod for twenty plus years in other sectors of properties.

    His proudest moment was when he was promoted to a Business Development Manager and he now looks after some of WLYP's biggest accounts. His role involves liaising with WLYP¿s property partners, maintaining good working relationships with both partners and clients, negotiating preferred rates, and viewing new take on properties.

    Robert enjoys eating out, whether it be a fancy restaurant or a picnic in the park, and he admits to an unhealthy appetite for rosé wine and canapés.

    Bobby is another of WLYP's working fathers. He spends two days a week at the office assisting the Managing Director (his wife Catalina Lopez) and heading the financial aspect of managing client accounts.

    Raj Dhanda (Head of Sales & Design)
    Raj has worked in the design & marketing sector since 2002 in various roles for several large publicly funded organisations. He studied Graphic Design at Wolverhampton University and graduated in 2001. His degree has given him extensive knowledge of straight lines and completmenting colours. 
    He loves to use his knowledge alongside a pencil to give people advice and was drawn (no pun intended) to his position at WLYP because he enjoys work that involves a lot of contact with people.

    Wojciech Zielinski (Head of EU Desk)

    Wojciech is originally from Poland and moved to the UK when he was 23. He joined the WLYP International Business Desk in 2011 as a Senior Administrator, after working for another global property business in a similar role.

    Wojciech was promoted to Head of European business in January 2012. His main role is providing support to the regional manager and maintaining excellent international/ European client and property partner customer service, as well as full and timely support of the Front Desk Team.

    Wojciech enjoys watching and playing boxing and has a particular interest in IT/ Computers; he hopes one day to own a Ford GT Mustang. He speaks Polish, Slovakian & Russian and enjoys mixed martial arts.

    Laxmi Mistry (Senior Administrator)

    Laxmi has joined our graduate internship programme in 2012. She is originally from Bradford and has graduated from Birmingham City University with a degree in Interior Design/ Design in Business. The key modules of education she covered were property management, marketing and business development.

    Laxmi was drawn to Love Your Postcode because of her extensive interest in property and the property industry, and she feels that her previous experience will help her. She has good customer service skills and thoroughly enjoys working with people.

    Although she doesn't like to admit it, Laxmi's guilty pleasure is McFly and she has often dreamed about Tom Fletcher asking her out on a date.

    Asia Ali (Snr Sales Excutive & PA to the MD)

    Asia joined Love Your Postcode as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in December 2012. She manages Catalina's inbox, diary and appointments so he has more time to dedicate to the most important jobs at Love Your Postcode.

    She has thirteen years of experience as a PA/ senior sales negotiator to the Managing Director of Derek Spires (Oldbury) a well respected estate agent in the West Midlands and has also worked in business development.

    Asia loves being a part time mother and juggles her daily life with flexible role at Love Your Postcode.

    She also enjoys exercising in her spare time and she is hoping to complete the London Marathon in 2013, although she once fell off a treadmill so she's not sure how well it will go.

    Latoya Kia Davis (Lettings Administrator)
    Latoya joined the WLYP team in January, after previously working as a Lettings Negotiator in Birmingham City Centre. She is responsible for developing relationships with clients and negotiating the best possible deals to ensure we offer great value for money to our clients. 
    Latoya is currently completing an apprentice programme in Business Administration and gaining hands on work experience with our Group.  
    Latoya plays a key role in compiling potential client tenders as well as managing rates for existing clients. Over the last few months Latoya has enjoyed travelling the West Midlands, viewing properties and meeting many of our property partners. She has learned that meeting our property partners in person really strengthens relationships and helps to make the moving process as smooth as possible. 
    Latoya loves the theatre, especially outdoor musicals and enjoys the great British Summer outdoors.

    Chad Williams (Business Development Excutive)

    Chad joined WLYP in 2012. He is originally from Halesowen and completed a degree in Criminology and Security Studies in 2011. After establishing experience in telesales and property, Chad sought a fresh challenge and found ourselves.

    His responsibilities include developing new and existing relationships, creating new partnerships, marketing and making sales.

    Chad feels his role gives him the environment to progress and challenge himself on a daily basis. He feels a sense of security and purpose with WLYP business develeopment desk.

    Harleen joined our graduate internship programme Summer 2012. She has recently graduated from Birmingham City University with BA (Hons) in Business Studies.    

    Harleen is primarily responsible for bridging communications between Sales and Marketing. Her other responsibilities include making sales, developing relationships with property providers and clients and assisting with general marketing projects. She also co-ordinates content for WLYP TV, which involves changing the images, information, and news displayed on TVs throughout the office.

    She feels that her role gives her a unique perspective on how two distinct business functions work together and she greatly enjoys the variety this provides.

    Adam joined WLYP as a Client Account Support in 2012. He works as part of Wojciech's team on the European Desk.

    Adam is originally from Warsaw in central Poland and completed many interim assignments over the last five years. He feels his extensive knowledge of Birmingham allows him to find the most suitable accommodation for his clients.

    He has previously worked in retail and spent one summer working as a rickshaw driver in London.

    Adam loves football and plays for WLYP's five-a-side team, the WLYP Lions. He lists Radiohead and Travis among his favourite bands and likes anything written by JK Rowling.

    Barbara joined Love Your Postcode in 20012 as the Digital Marketing Manager. Her role quickly grew and after an 18 month stint as the IP & Marketing Manager, she was promoted to Head of Online Media, Data & Marketing. The department's growth means she can spend more time on analysis and strategy and leave the operational tasks to her managers.

    Originally from Poland, Barbara completed her degree in Marketing & Management at the University of Zielona Góra, Poland in 2007 and went on to work in management positions for a number of well respected international resturant chains.

    Satraj set up the residential sales & lettings divison under the LOVE YOUR POSTCODE brand and acquired WLYP in 2011 having spent several years working as a commodities broker for BP & Citi Bank in London. This brand is now widely recognised as the market leader in the Birmingham market place, with Rightmove ranking us Number 1 out of 300+ agents often.Satraj's role involves finding the best available sales property for new and existing clients, negotiating the best packages possible, arranging for clients to visit their prospective properties, and building good working relationships with property owners.Satraj has responsibility for the long and short term business planning and growth strategies for the company and on a day to day basis for finance, the website, IT and administration. As overall company boss she is also well versed in the skills of negotiation, peacekeeping and discipline. Satraj's hobbies include yoga, spirituality and art.

    Raj has worked in the design & marketing sector since 2002 in various roles for several large publicly funded organisations. He studied Graphic Design at Wolverhampton University and graduated in 2001. His degree has given him extensive knowledge of straight lines and completmenting colours. She still gets to manage Catalina's inbox, diary and appointments so he has more time to dedicate to the most important jobs at Love Your Postcode. She has thirteen years of experience as a senior sales negotiator for Derek Spires (Oldbury). Asia loves being a part time mother and juggles her daily life with flexible role at Love Your Postcode. She also enjoys exercising in her spare time and she is hoping to complete the London Marathon in 2013, although she once fell off a treadmill so she's not sure how well it will go.

    Wojciech Zielinski (Head of EU Desk)
    Wojciech is originally from Poland and moved to the UK when he was 23. He joined the WLYP International Business Desk in 2011 as a Senior Administrator, after working for another global property business in a similar role. 
    Wojciech was promoted to Head of European business in January 2012. His main role is providing support to the regional manager and maintaining excellent international/ European client and property partner customer service, as well as full and timely support of the Front Desk Team. 
     Wojciech enjoys watching and playing boxing and has a particular interest in IT/ Computers; he hopes one day to own a Ford GT Mustang. He speaks Polish, Slovakian & Russian and enjoys mixed martial arts.

    Barbara joined Love Your Postcode in 20012 as the Digital Marketing Manager. Her role quickly grew and after an 18 month stint as the IP & Marketing Manager, she was promoted to Head of Online Media, Data & Marketing. The department's growth means she can spend more time on analysis and strategy and leave the operational tasks to her managers. 
    Barbara is pleased to be working for such a technology-embracing MD and is looking forward to adapting the website to provide a more personal experience to clients. Originally from Poland, Barbara completed her degree in Marketing & Management at the University of Zielona Góra, Poland in 2007 and went on to work in management positions for a number of well respected international resturant chains.
