Warwick Baker Estate Agents is an independent firm of Estate Agents with over 100 years of family experience within Shoreham and its hinterland. Warwick Baker who has been practising in the Shoreham area for over 30 years set up his own firm in 1993. The sales team has continued to expand with Negotiator Neil Simpson, who has been with the company for four years, Jane Wade the Secretary of nine years standing and the recent appointment of Mark Robinson who brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the local area with thirteen years experience in the profession.

Since its formation the firm has continued to expand with the addition of a second office, which recently opened in the High Street. Warwick’s son, Darren Baker who is a Chartered Surveyor and has been practising for 15 years, runs this new office. It predominantly caters for residential lettings and commercial properties, as well as handling the sales of new homes. He is assisted in this office by lettings negotiator Terry John and Gregory Taylor on I.T. Both offices have full facilities to offer all properties, whether to let or for sale, in order to provide clients with the widest possible marketing of their property.

Although based in Shoreham, we cover a wide area taking in Worthing, Lancing, Southwick and Hove and northwards into Steyning.

Both offices occupy prime positions in the centre of Shoreham. Our residential sales office is located on the corner of Western Road and Brunswick Road opposite Lloyds TSB with Shoreham main line rail station only 50 metres away. The residential letting/commercial office is situated on north side of the main A259 Shoreham High Street opposite the footbridge to the Shoreham Beach area.
