    I have worked in different sales environments since I left school many moons ago, and can count running several successful travel agents in London as part of my experience. I moved to the Isle of Wight in 2002 and became an estate agent and really haven't looked back since. I want to be the agent that I would like to deal with- hard working, not typical, empathetic and tenacious whether it is a vendor or buyer I'm helping. In fact I can count previous buyers and vendors as personal friends now!  I am wife to Paddy and mum to three grown up children all of whom I adore and whenever we can we'll be found taking long walks with our two Jack Russell terriers' in gorgeous spots of natural beauty around this island that we love to call home.

    Although I can't claim to be a 'caulkhead', I grew up on this gorgeous Island from a young age and have many fond memories of endless summers spent on beaches, swimming in the sea and exploring anywhere my bicycle would take me! After leaving school I spent time travelling in Australia and New Zealand, and worked in Oxford and London before returning to Cowes to get back into the world of estate agency, setting up my own agency in 2011. I live in to Freshwater Bay and love being part of a thriving community. Living on the island you can't help but be drawn to activities that let you explore the beautiful countryside and coastline, and whether it's running across Tennyson Down or taking the paddleboard out from Compton beach, there's always plenty to do here!

    Love living on our beautiful island!!! No better place to raise my two kiddies and mad cocker spaniel! I've had many various jobs over the years, including Retail Manager at the Isle of Wight Zoo where I met my partner, Manager of the Wessex Cancer Trust support centre, an Estate Agents and for the Beacon magazine, I also have a degree in marketing. from Southampton University. All of these roles have involved helping and working with people, which I love.

    I'm Tracey and am the newest member of the McCarthy & Booker team. I moved to the Island a couple of months ago for a more peaceful and calmer way of life compared to where I lived in Sussex. I can totally empathise with the stresses and turmoils of moving home!! I have a back ground in front facing customer service and am determined to give 110% to ensure all the administration runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
