And when we went into the estate agents, we were always greeted with a welcoming smile. Us being first time buyers meant everything was new to us. However, this was not a problem, I felt I could always contact Annette to ask any questions I had and with any problems that occurred. We were always kept up to date every step of the way and I have even contacted Annette after completion and she is still more than happy to help with any issues. We have also received a card from Watson and Jackson, wishing us luck in our new home, this was a lovely touch. Great service throughout and after completion. I cannot recommend Watson and Jackson enough for the great customer service and all of their help throughout the buying process!
