      Norwich is in the county town of Norfolk and one of the UK's most prosperous cities. Norwich has an illustrious past and an even more exciting future. Norwich is one of the most vibrant and attractive cities in Europe. It is ranked in the Top 10 shopping cities in the UK and as well as being a hotbed for the arts , culture, music, nightlife and tourism. Full of stunning historical architecture, Norwich has a Norman Cathedral and a 12th Century Castle, as well as an open-air market, quirky independent shops, restaurants, cinemas, galleries, theatres, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs.

      With two shopping malls, Norwich is home to a number of independent retailers including Jarrolds Department Store, which has been in Norwich since 1823. The Norwich Lanes, a collection of independent stores around Lower Goat Lane are quickly becoming a major attraction for shoppers.

      The city's medieval centre of cobbled streets remains largely intact - Elm Hill, is the scene of many BBC dramas as a fine example of a historic cobbled lane with many buildings dating back to the Tudor period.

      There is still space in Norwich for new developments, for modern buildings such as the Forum, a stunning piece of contemporary architecture. Its glass front overlooks the colourful six-day market and reflects the city in all its diversity.       On leaving college Nick spent two years in the legal profession before joining Watsons Norwich Office on Prince of Wales Road in 1978 as a trainee negotiator spending two years between Norwich, Haverhill in Suffolk and Cambridge. When a permanent position became available in Norwich, Nick took up the role as a negotiator progressing to branch manager. 

      In 1988 Nick became an associate at Watsons and in 1994 an equity partner. Nick is Partner in charge of residential sales, lettings and management and a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents..

      Ian is a very experienced estate agent in Norfolk, working for Watsons for the majority of his career. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with both sales and lettings, as well as an impressive knowledge and awareness of what is going on in and around Norwich.

      Jack joined Watsons in 2013 as a negotiator and has since been working as a negotiator/valuer. 
      Before joining the firm he worked for a prestige corporate estate agent in Norwich dealing with period properties. Jack has a passion for property and enjoys being welcomed into people's homes to offer the professional customer service Watsons has become known for.
