      Charlie Webster, MNAEA Managing Director
      Charlie is the founder and managing director of Websters. Since its inception 10 years ago he has developed the company into a thriving Estate Agent & Lettings business. Charlie continues to re-invest in the business and the Websters team ensuring everybody can do their jobs to the best of their ability without being held back by too much man-management, instead allowing staff to thrive everyday doing jobs they love. Charlie also owns and runs NR Homes, a Norfolk based luxury property development company.

      Emma Webster, Director
      Emma, wife of Charlie, has been been part of the husband and wife team since giving up her job in Affiliate Marketing back in 2009. She worked with some of Europe's Largest Online Gaming Clients and spent time travelling and working from her base in Norwich. Emma's passion lies in customer service and feels that clear and personal interaction with clients goes a long way. Emma now works from home managing multiple family businesses, raising two young children and in her spare time loves to create artificial floral bouquets!

      Peter Sergeant, Property Consultant
      Peter Sargeant, father to Emma Webster (father-in-law to Charlie!), has been involved with residential sales and lettings for over 40 years at the very highest level. Until March 2013 he was an equity partner with a large firm of business and property consultants in East Anglia, where he specialised in the sale and rental of all types of property. Many of Peter's clients still rely on his expert advice.

      Alex, our sales manager and senior valuer, is a valued member of the Websters team and is experienced in all aspects of property matters. Prior to working at Websters he gained invaluable experience working for another independent estate agents in Norwich as well as a few years working for an estate and letting agency in Australia! Alex has worked his way up from Junior Sales Negotiator all the way to Sales Manager in just 4 years

      Chris Daws, Office Manager
      Chris is an invaluable member of staff and has recently been promoted to Office Manager, working his way all the way up from junior sales negotiator at Websters. His main job role is sales progression, ensuring a stress-free process through to completion. The role is not a typical 9-5 and he regularly takes calls late at night in order to get a sale completed! A true team player.

      Rebecca Leggett, Residential Lettings Manager
      Rebecca joined Websters from a large firm in Norfolk and brings a wealth of lettings knowledge and experience. She is also fully up-to-date with all the legal aspects within the ever-changing lettings sector. Her role of Head of Lettings means she will be a landlords first point of contact and is ably assisted by her growing lettings team.

      Oliver Wales Senior Sales Negotiator
      Oliver joined us from a background in estate agency recruitment and after placing many successful candidates he felt it was time to make the leap into an estate agency career for himself. His excellent customer service skills were important to Websters when looking for our next sales negotiator as it's very much a face to face role. He hit the ground running and is loving being part of our successful and thriving sales department.

      Denise Lamb - Lettings Property Manager
      Denise joined the Websters team when we purchased her lettings business First Lettings Norwich in 2020, which she had ran successfully for over 10 years. All First Lettings properties have now been brought under the Websters portfolio and Denise continues to manage her long term clients from our Norwich office 3 days a week.

      Helen Webster, Accounts Manager
      Helen has worked with Charlie since Albatross Villas was born in 2005 and has supported the growth and expansion of the business. She is excited as this new venture is taking shape and is ready to get stuck in with the figures and financials as the new Accounts Manager for Websters. Previously working as an Agricultural Secratary Helen is always ready to help and has looked after numerous accounts. On top of work she regularly plays tennis, has created a book club for her closest friends and loves to entertain and prepare food for house parties. Always on the go and very much a people person Helen is a big part of the 'Websters' family!

      The Top Dog - Office Mascot
      Ruby the cock-a-poo is the top dog at Websters! She plays a big part in the Webster family and her favourite past time is chasing a tennis ball around the office! Ruby regularly enjoys an afternoon nap by the window and loves watching the world go by on Unthank Road. Her favourite day of the week is Thursday when she gets to go to Granny's to play with her best friends Elshie the springer spaniel and have a lovely swim in the river Yare!
