      For the past few months, my wife and I have been house-hunting along the central South coast, including around Middleton, Felpham and Aldwick, and although, ultimately, we have chosen to buy in the Bournemouth area, we would like you to know we are very appreciative of Jess's efforts on our behalf.

      When we first enquired about one of your properties it was an "off-chance" call about 7.45pm in the evening. We did not expect an answer at that time of night, but Jess was bright as a button and cheerfully made a comprehensive note of the different parts of our requirements. She subsequently showed us round one excellent property in Middleton, which, unfortunately, was on the "wrong" side of the main road - we have two dogs, and crossing the busy road on the way to the beach was not something we wanted to do.

      Jess then went to the trouble of researching "safe" dog-walking routes in the area and subsequently sent us a range of properties which may have been suitable. We were then in the area fairly frequently, and did a "drive-by" on several properties without thinking any in particular were quite right.

      However, Jess has kept in touch consistently, making sure we knew straight away when anything likely to interest us became available, often before being advertised.

      We have joked a couple of times that whatever you are paying her, it's not enough - and that's possibly true! As you can imagine, we have registered with many agents during our search, but few, if any, kept us as well-informed as Jess has, and even fewer so accurately reflected the detail of our requirements.
