      Giles Hann, Senior Associate Director 
      Senior Associate Director & Topsham Branch Manager. Giles has an enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach and comes with over 20 years of experience in Exeter and the surrounding areas. Having joined Wilkinson Grant in 2006 he is a valued senior member of the Exeter team and very much enjoys building long lasting relationships with his clients. Giles lives in the Exe valley with his wife Abi and their four daughters. They enjoy spending their spare time in North Devon where the girls are learning to surf. Giles enjoys country walks, is a national trust member and has a keen interest in wildlife. He is an avid follower of the Exeter chiefs and all things to do with rugby.

      Stuart Rintoul, Associate Director
      Stuart has been in East Devon in the industry for nearly 20 years and is greatly experienced in the marketing and selling of all variety of homes in the area. Working as an Residential Sales Associate Director in the Topsham office he brings a wealth of knowledge of an ever changing property market. He is married, with two young sons, and they enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities. Stuart has a passion for cricket, having played Minor County Cricket for 20 years, his beloved Exmouth Cricket Club for the past 18 years, and for the MCC helping promote the game throughout the clubs and schools throughout the South West.

      Jenny Pickford, Senior Client Relationship Manager
      Jenny has worked in East Devon residential sales since 2013. Having joined Wilkinson Grant in 2018 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager she has now also taken on the role of Office Manager. Living in such a beautiful area, Jenny enjoys exploring Devon and Cornwall in her campervan and swimming in the sea all year round.

      Lisa Hatcher, Senior Client Relationship Manager
      Lisa has worked within the property industry for over 6 years and recently moved to Topsham, re-joining the Topsham Office. Lisa can be seen happily biking to work each morning along the popular Topsham bike path. Lisa and her husband love the outdoors and spend most of their weekends on a beach, walking the coastal paths or making the most of local restaurants and pubs.

      Judith von Eichstorff, Viewings Agent
      Judith joined the Topsham office in 2018 after a career at British Airways and in teaching. Personalized customer service is her goal assisting buyers to find their perfect home. Having moved 10 times she can empathise with the emotional journey for both vendors and buyers. Judith lives in Topsham having moved to Devon in 2013 to be near family in Exmouth. She is happiest with friends and family round her table especially when her children are home from university. When time allows she enjoys travelling and enjoys staying with friends both at home and abroad.

      Sally has been working as Viewings Agent in the Topsham office since 2017 and enjoys meeting people to show them around properties and to help them find their perfect home. Having lived in Devon most of her life, and now settled in Lympstone, she has an extensive knowledge of the area. Sally has a new found passion for gardening and growing fruit and vegetables, she enjoys going for walks with her family and young cocker spaniel in the gorgeous Devon countryside, and is also a keen supporter of Exeter chiefs.
