Who are we?
Marcus Dugan MNAEA
Marcus left the University of North Carolina in 1989 and started his career in estate agency working in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire areas. Keen to broaden his knowledge, Marcus then spent 4 years working in London, through the recession of the 1990’s. Due to his wife’s relocation, to the south coast, Marcus then spent seven years as a branch manager for two firms of estate agents in Petersfield, allowing him to gain considerable knowledge of the area, the properties and make many local contacts. In 2005, Stephen Tarrant (MD of Tarrant & Roberson) employed Marcus as Branch Manager for the Hamptons International Chichester office followed a year later by a promotion to Senior Manager for their Haslemere branch. In 2010, Marcus joined up with Stephen and Andrew at Tarrant & Robertson and together they opened the Petersfield office in February 2011.
Marcus is a Member of National Association of Estate Agents.
Andrew Beecheno BA Hons
After graduating with a Joint Honours degree in Music and Business in 1999, Andrew joined the Winchester branch of a large international estate agency in January 2000. Initially as a trainee negotiator, Andrew worked his way through the ranks to the position of assistant manager. After a spell working for the firm’s international department, Andrew was then promoted to be Sales manager of their Farnham office, which became the company’s most successful office outside London. After seven successful years working with one of the UK’s premier firms, Andrew felt it was time for a fresh challenge, using his experience to set up this exciting new venture with Stephen.
