"I recently sold my mother's flat through Winkworth, Palmers Green and used their services on the basis of a strong recommendation. The team were professional and friendly from my very first contact with them until the last. When Ahmet initially visited to provide an outline evaluation, he showed respect but also warmth and friendliness to my elderly mother putting her at ease at a difficult time. From then onwards all the team responded swiftly and competently to questions, answered the phone and returned messages swiftly (with no excuses made on the basis of Covid). The sale process was new to us and they helped guide us every step of the way. Leila became a regular contact and kept us up to date with progress of the sale and answered our various queries. As we do not live nearby, Leila also willingly regularly checked on the flat for us. We found the whole team from Nick Charalambous (Director) down, to be professional, responsive, and helpful (including those in the office not directly involved with the sale).
