      Chris Woodford - Senior Partner
      A member of the National Association of Estate Agents, National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers and Association of Residential Letting Agents. Chris is a Northamptonshire chap who has lived in the Oundle area since childhood. He worked for a national property company and a firm of rural surveyors before starting Woodford & Co in 2001. He specialises in the residential & land market and has an interest in Period houses. He is also a Registered Auctioneer.

      Lynda Hammond - Head of Lettings & Management
      Lynda is from a local farming family. She entered the property industry in 1989 working for Bletsoe's in Thrapston. She then headed up the Lettings and Management team for Jackson-Stops before joining Woodford & Co in 2015. She brings many years of experience in all property matters, and really does manage her client's property. In her spare time Lynda enjoys being in the countryside and attending agricultural & equestrian events.

      Charles Parkhouse - Chartered Surveyor
      Charles is a property surveyor and is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He joined Woodford & Co. in 2007 and is involved in the general agency practice as well as carrying out surveys of all types of property for clients. In his spare time Charles spends time with his family and enjoys country pursuits.
