The residential sales department is headed by David Jeffrey (Director) with Jennie Elliott (Assistant Branch Manager), Simon Ley (Branch Valuer), Lauren Cartwright (Sales Consultant) and Lynda Downes (Branch Secretary).

Woodlands Lettings is an independent letting agent run by local people. The lettings team at Horsham is managed by Alice Peach and Lindsey Brett, supported by the team covering Crawley, Horley and the Redhill area.
