    Andrew Donald - Partner
    Andrew Donald is an equity partner who joined the firm in 1987. He has had experience working across the firm and is the senior residential partner within the firm. Brought up in Bramshaw in the heart of the New Forest, much of Andrew's boyhood was spent riding ponies and working on a local dairy farm. The family home moved to Damerham, where he has subsequently returned to and currently lives with his wife and daughter. Andrew has a number of close associations with the villages and countryside covered by the firm; he has recently accepted a role as chair of governors of a local school and is chief sheep steward at Romsey Show with which he has been involved for over 25 years. Andrew is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and keeps fit running and cycling and uses his activities to raise money for cancer charities.

    Tristan Hargreaves
    Tristan Hargreaves, who has more than 30 years experience as an estate agent, he started his estate agency career in 1979 in Romsey when he joined Maurice Beale and Partners, which later became GA Property Services. In 1996 he moved to Lymington to be manager of G.A Town and Country. Eight years later he was invited to join John D Wood and Co in Lymington as assistant manager and later became sales manager. In addition to classic cars his interests include swimming and walking. He has travelled extensively in Europe and North America. He said: "I am delighted to have joined Woolley & Wallis, a partnership which appreciates experienced estate agency staff and I am pleased to give them the benefit of my contacts and experience in Lymington from working in the town for the last 17 years.     Chloe Woolf
    Chloe knows Lymington well as she moved to the town with her family aged six and was educated at Walhampton School in Lymington and The Godolphin School in Salisbury before going to Oxford Brookes University.She enjoys keeping fit and is a member of Lymington Triathlon Club. She completed the Paris Marathon in April 2013 in 3 hours 27 minutes achieving a Good For Age qualifying time for the London Marathon 2014. Miss Woolf spent eight months at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst but decided her career lay in estate agency. For the past three years she has worked in the lettings department of Forest and Coastal Lettings in Brockenhurst and before that worked in sales and lettings in London for four years.She said she is now enjoying being part of a long-established company with a wider network of offices and a number of different specialities.

    Emma Marshall
    Emma has worked for the Lymington office since August 2008. She is a qualified Primary School teacher and has strong family ties with the Lymington area going back generations. Her parents run a successful international removal company, which Emma believes is why she enjoys dealing with the public. 'Ever since I can remember I've helped with my father's business, so being able to work on the High Street and provide a service to people whom I have often known for years is very satisfying'. Having ties with a local removal company also benefits Woolley & Wallis clients as both firms share a passion to make the selling and moving experience as effortless as possible. To relax Emma enjoys running, walking and travelling.
