    Richard Nocton, Partner
    Richard Nocton is a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer with over 30 years' experience. He has well respected expertise and a deep knowledge on the sale and purchases of country houses, farms and estates. He specialises in advice on preparing a property for sale, valuations and strategic sale advice. He is an RICS Registered Valuer.
    Amongst his clients are farmers, landowners, Trustees, Executors and corporate bodies who benefit from his in-depth knowledge of rural matters. Richard is an appointed Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) Valuer and Agent.
    Richard is a frequent contributor to the farming and property press and is a regular speaker at seminars throughout central southern England.
    Richard is a founding Director of Woolley & Wallis Finance Limited, a highly successful firm of brokers providing finance for farmers and landowners . In addition, he is a Trustee to two Housing Associations.

    Christopher Powell
    Chris joined the Marlborough office of Woolley & Wallis in March 2015. Prior to this he spent 2 years in Shropshire as a Rural Surveyor for a small company dealing with farm subsidies and grants, planning, tenancy matters, compensation claims and agricultural advice.
    Chris graduated from Harper Adams University in 2013 and did a placement year for J M Osborne & Co assisting in the management of large rural sporting estates and grouse moors.
    Prior to becoming a surveyor Chris spent 4 years as a Gamekeeper on large commercial shoots in the south of England where he picked up valuable experience.
    In Chris' spare time he is avid supporter of Bath rugby as well as keen golfer.

    Richard Wedgwood joined the Marlborough Office of Woolley & Wallis in June 2015 from a National firm in Scotland. He has a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
    Richard lives in Bath with his Wife and has retained his family farm by Loch Lomond side, Scotland and certainly doesn't miss the rainfall!
    He undertakes a variety of estate management for a diverse Client base as well as carrying out a wide range of Valuations, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Renewables and Development work. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and assists in the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence as an APC Mentor.
    In his spare time he enjoys shooting, fishing, sailing and water skiing as well as anything else outdoors!

    Charlotte Dines
    Charlotte is based in our Marlborough office and specialises in undertaking formal valuations for secured lending (in conjunction with Woolley & Wallis Finance Limited) and for Probate/Inheritance taxation purposes.Charlotte has been qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and land agent for almost 10 years and has built up an enviable reputation for advising farmers, landowners, tenants and occupiers throughout central southern England.
