The Ringwood Office sits at the heart of the Woolley & Wallis Partnership's network of seven offices, and provides unrivalled coverage of Ringwood and the surrounding areas; we are also supported by the neighbouring offices in Fordingbridge, Salisbury and Romsey. The Farm & Rural Professional Department acts for a wide variety of land owning clients with smallholdings, farms and estates. The department carries out formal valuations on behalf of banks, corporate institutions, private individuals and charitable trusts. Advice is given on planning matters, taxation, landlord and tenant arrangements including preparation of agreements and the plethora of government and European legislation relating to the occupation of land.

Andrew Donald - Senior Partner

Andrew Donald is an equity partner who joined the firm in 1987. He has had experience working across the firm and is the senior residential partner within the firm. Andrew is the step son of Peter Swindell who founded the Fordingbridge office for Woolley & Wallis. Brought up in Bramshaw in the heart of the New Forest, much of Andrew's boyhood was spent riding ponies and working on a local dairy farm. The family home moved to Damerham, where he has subsequently returned to and currently lives with his wife and daughter. Andrew has a number of close associations with the villages and countryside covered by the firm; he has recently accepted a role as chair of governors of a local school and is chief sheep steward at Romsey Show with which he has been involved for over 25 years, he is often seen at Fordingbridge Rugby Club. Andrew is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and keeps fit running and cycling and uses his activities to raise money for Salisbury Hospice.

Toby Kindred - Partner

Toby has been working as a hugely successful managerial estate agent within Ringwood for the past 18 years, and has gained a wealth of experience valuing properties of all genres. He started his career as a Footman and then a Butler in his early twenties, working both in Paris and London for Diplomats and the Royal Family, cementing his attitude to the importance of supreme quality service. Whilst living in London, Toby then moved into a sales environment and managed a team of 40 staff, where he became used to working in a very proactive environment. His energetic approach combined with his values of high quality service has been at the core of his estate agency career which has spanned the last 20 years. Toby took over the Ringwood office at the beginning of 2018 and has brought a hugely fresh approach, along with a new team who are all passionate about property. Toby lives in Lymington with his wife whom he met 25 years ago in Paris, and their two young boys. Outside of work, he loves gardening, interior design, cooking, and also enjoys skiing, diving and being out on the Solent, whenever he gets the opportunity.

Simon Kerley - Assistant Branch Manager

First and foremost Simon is a father to three beautiful girls- Chloe, Grace and Hetty. He's engaged to Hannah and they live together in Ringwood. Simon has lived in Ringwood his whole life attending all Ringwood schools thus bringing an abundance of local knowledge not only property related but the lifestyle that's associated with living in Ringwood as well. He has over 10 years experience within the property world covering all property types from studio flats to country manor houses- his personal approach and attention to detail has produced some excellent results. His happy vendors and landlords have always made comments that it's refreshing to meet an agent that actually does what they say they are going to do. Nick Selby-Bennett- Sales

Nick started his career in London in 2011, firstly working in Retail sales for the shirt company Charles Tyrwhitt on Jermyn Street before moving into Estate Agency in Clapham and Battersea and then for Jackson-Stops in Central London. Nick also has extensive experience in selling premium New Homes for Savills at two Major Developments at Earls Court and Vauxhall. Born locally in Dorset and with a huge passion for rural property whether it is large or small, Nick decided to pursue his career here in the South striving to bring a personal approach to the needs of each client to deliver an effective rate of sales and to increase the company's Market Share. Outside of work Nick lives and works on his family's organic farm and enjoys all outdoor sports, especially skiing and Rugby, as well as painting and drawing.

Emma lives with her husband Paul and Prince Oscar (the cat), now all children have grown up and left home. Past times include interior design and gardening.
