    Ben Marshall MRICS FAAV Partner 
    Ben joined Woolley & Wallis in 2001 and was made a Partner in 2006. Ben manages our Shaftesbury Office and is a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, with a wealth of residential and rural agency experience. Ben is the firm's property Auctioneer and enjoys conducting charity auctions in aid of local causes. He is the son of a Land Agent and grew up on a boatyard in Cornwall. Like most Cornishmen Ben has a love of rugby and still turns out for North Dorset RFC and also plays social hockey for Buckhorn Weston.

    Barnaby Gower BSc MRICS Partner
    Barnaby joined Woolley & Wallis is 2005. He has lived in Dorset his whole life and is also a Partner in his family farm and holiday business. Barnaby gained his Chartered Surveying title whilst at Woolley & Wallis and is a past Chairman of the Dorset Young Farmers. In his free time Barnaby loves skiing, skittles and spending time with his young family.

    Allison Barfoot MARLA Lettings Manager
    Allison joined the firm in February 2011 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and personal experience managing her own portfolio of properties. Allison is a member of ARLA (MARLA) the Association or Registered Letting Agents. Allison is also a qualified Riding Coach with the British Horse Society (BHSII & BHS SM) and enjoys training and competing her two horses.

    Lucinda Hiscock Rural Professional Assistant
    Lucinda joined the firm in 2007 as a Saturday assistant and has now been working full time for 2 and a half years since graduating from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. Lucinda is working towards taking her APC assessment to become an RICS Chartered Surveyor. Her current roles include lettings management and negotiations as well as an administrator for Shaftesbury's Farm and Rural department.

    Dan joined Woolley and Wallis in July 2016. Born in Devon, he has now lived in Dorset for 11 years. Dan is an enthusiastic member of the team  and enjoys playing rugby for the local rugby club in his spare time.
