YHomes was opened by Andrew Harrison, our Managing Director in 2008. With the following aims:
• To be the most competitive estate agent in the York area based on fee and quality.
• To pass on the savings to the customer, by abandoning the shop window.
• To deliver traditional values by establishing a robust quality system.
• To be available for our customers with significantly longer hours than the competition.
YHomes have estate agency professionals with more than 40 years experience in the York, Pocklington and the surrounding Yorkshire areas. These individuals have experience of both the high and low points of the property market. Our back office strength compliments and supports our property professionals, with proven skills in marketing, IT and administration.
YHomes aims to earn our reputation through quality of service and traditional values. We believe these are the key elements to customer satisfaction and future recommendation leading to repeat business.
To reinforce this YHomes became a voluntary member of the Property Ombudsman scheme, whose aims are to maintain and improve the standards in estate agency.
