    Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements are approved by 48 CES and include Mandatory Military Break Clauses relating to occupation of base housing, PCS moves and more. By using these Agreements, baseLETS provides continuity of assistance when tenants are making contractual enquiries with either baseLETS or with the USAFE Housing Referral Office.

    baseLETS staff take time to meet personally one on one with each of our customers to fully demonstrate the contents of these Agreements prior to signing whilst offering advise and support in understanding all obligations set out for both the Tenant and the Landlord.

    We provide the necessary documentation and assistance to our tenants in submitting requests to FMO for loaner furniture, obtaining exemptions from local Council Tax, the transfer of utilities and all other tenancy related requirements.

    Detailed inventories/schedule of condition reports are conducted at the start of each managed tenancy to benchmark the presentation of the home. These reports are provided to both Landlord and Tenant giving them the knowledge that end of tenancy check outs will be more amicable and comfortable for all parties.
