I found the service absolutely fantastic and cannot praise Charlotte and haart highly enough and that's coming from the perspective of working in the past, and currently, with a number of other letting agents. I am pleasantly surprised to have my thoughts and feelings so valued and at how smoothly the letting of the property went; everything was made very easy for me right from the start and it made me feel entirely confident to know that things were operating in such a professional manner with regular updates, clear and transparent communication and the phone calls and emails I received from Rhys as he was so polite, informative and helpful and, again, he also made me feel valued and let me know that nothing was too much trouble for him. It was evident from all this professionalism that my property was in safe hands. Security, professionalism and transparency are especially important to me as I have had personal experience of just how risky letting a property can be and have never felt so at ease and confident with a Lettings team as I did with everyone at Dartford. Furthermore, I want to say how welcoming all the staff in the Dartford branch were to us when we came into the office and I would also like our thanks to be given to Ria, who was so warm, positive, friendly and helpful to us - it was really nice to be made so welcome and to feel that the staff were so approachable - it was evident they were working in a very positive and happy environment and, this again, made us feel confident about the team managing our properties. I just wanted to provide some feedback on my experience of working with haart for letting my property as I like to give credit where due. I have always been a homeowner so have never experienced renting and was a little nervous to start with, particularly regarding the costs. Ria has been great through the whole process and made me feel comfortable at all times, never being a pushy agent. She even managed to negotiate the landlord leaving some additional furniture in the property which really helped me out.She was also great on the follow up and has helped on a few occasions post-sales and I'd certainly recommend her to anyone else I know that is looking to rent. As I say, credit where credit is due, I feel it is important to leave feedback.

Ria, we would rate your service as exceptional and we would definitely recommend you. Basically everything was exceptional. haart Lettings made sure that the communication between us was constant. They also made sure all the services like insurance & installation of telephone, TV etc, were catered for in the tenant shop. When we sent an email inquiring about the property we were interested in, Ria phoned us straight away to book an appointment, to us that was very professional considering the fact that there were a number of other parties interested in the property. I could find no faults with Dartford haart lettings at all.

We had been looking for a suitable property to rent and have been disappointed on several occasions as each time we made enquiries about properties we liked they were already 'Let' that was until we rang and spoke to Ria at haart Dartford Lettings. From the moment she answered our call to this day she has been very courteous, polite and understanding, especially to our autistic daughter needs. She even arranged a special viewing of the property, we are now living in, just so that our daughter could view it, which was very important as this allowed her to be involved in the move which could have been very distressing for her. Ria understood this and has been very understanding. What was most touching was that Ria had included her by name in all correspondences. Ria always returned our calls promptly and dealt with any quires throughout the process and after care has been exceptional. We also found that the team as a whole are always courteous and helpful for example whilst waiting in the office for the keys, both the Letting team and Selling team were very professional in dealing with the public for example a lady brought her CV in and even though she had no selling experience she wasn't just dismissed but was given encouragement by highlighting how her experiences could benefit the company, which we thought was very refreshing.We would rate our experience as exceptional, professional and outstanding".
