We used haart to sell my mother's house after she moved into a care home. We chose haart because of their positive and enthusiastic initial impression and were very happy with their approach and professionalism throughout the sale process. They kept us fully updated by phone and email and we really couldn't have asked for more from them. We dealt with Tracey, Nikki and Nicole at Grantham and would happily recommend them to all.

Tracey and Nikki from the Grantham branch were excellent and were always honest and open with how the sale was progressing. They were both very personable and at the same time really professional, I really cannot say a bad word about anyone at the Grantham branch, as they were all excellent from start to finish. In my opinion they deserve a medal for the amazing service they gave.

A very difficult time for all the family as the property was my late parent's house that needed to be sold. My sister was struggling to let the property go as it had been our family home for 60 years and we had all grown up there. We contacted haart and agreed to put the property on the market as I believed you would get the best price possible. Nicole and Tracey were brilliant, kind, understanding and full empathy for myself and my sister at this difficult time. Nikki gave me weekly updates explaining the process step by step and keeping the process simple for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending haart to my friends, work colleagues and neighbours. We chose haart as our estate agents, having used them when we sold a previous property some years ago. We liked the fact that it was the same team of sales personnel because we knew that they had an in-depth knowledge of the local market and also because we were aware of how hard they would work to achieve a sale of our property.
