I just wanted to say a few comments on my experience with haart and you in particular. We decided to use haart even before we had purchased our property because of the friendly, smart and personalised service we received from Paul when we were carrying out our research. We felt that if this is how haart treats its potential customers then we would be in good hands. After we bought our property and as a first time landlord Paul made us feel confident from the very start and the service continued to get better and better. Thank you for your help and assistance in letting of my property. This is my first experience as landlord and with all it entails, and I feel fortunate I chose haart as my agent. When first seeking an agent in Harborne to market my property, I was surprised to find what appeared to be such a wide range in the quality of service provided. Generally, I found those agents that have been established in Harborne for many years to provide a lack lustre service whereas haart, who I understand to be a comparative newcomer to the area, were the polar opposite. I carried out a google search for a local estate agent, haart was one of the first names to appear and I am glad that it did. From start to end I received nothing less than exceptional service from Inderpaul. I was really impressed with the service I received from haart in Harborne). Inderpaul was professional, courteous, frank and pro-active but not pushy. I was in need of a flat with little time at hand. The flat advertised by haart I was originally interested in had already several viewings booked so my chances of getting it were slim. Inderpaul suggested another property that was undergoing refurbishment in the same area which I viewed and expressed interest in. He kept me up-to-date with developments and I ended up reserving the flat. Throughout the next couple of weeks, the whole process from securing the property to collecting the keys, was very smooth.
