    We have simplified the lettings and management processes to offer landlords an easy to understand service, free from hidden charges and other nasty surprises.

    Features include a contract without small print, an easy-to-understand fee structure, zero renewal costs and a finder's fee that is payable over the first four months of the tenancy, meaning you will receive income during your tenant's first month.

Information for Tenants

    Henleys Lettings offer tenants a straightforward service with no hidden charges and no renewal fees.

    When you have found a property you wish to rent we will ask you for a holding fee which becomes part of the security deposit once you have successfully completed references and signed an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. The only cost to you is the referencing fee per person. Henleys will not take these fees until they are satisfied that you met the criteria for referencing based on the information you provide and the landlord has agreed in principle.

    Henleys have ARLA membership so you can rely on our standards of service. Henleys lettings also belongs to a client money protection scheme and have membership of The Property Ombudsman Scheme.

    Henleys Surveyors specialise in providing professional advice on residential properties in Essex and Suffolk. Our range of services include Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys and Valuations for residential property, to private and professional clients . We offer a professional, friendly and approachable service and we aim to provide high quality advice and excellent customer service.

    The principal surveyor at henleys is Dominic West MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer, with many years of experience working as a surveyor with firms in London, West Sussex and Essex. Dominic also has a great deal of hands on experience of managing, refurbishing and maintaining both residential and commercial properties.

    The practice is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has cover for professional indemnity insurance and third party insurance in full compliance with the requirements of the RICS.
