    We are open 7 days a week, 361 days a year, and until 7pm each week day. We have staff available to accompany viewings every day, and each week the sales team meet before hours to review the performance of every property we have for sale.

    We choose not to employ any temporary, viewings, weekend or secretarial staff and each member of the sales team visits every new instruction before it is launched - meaning buyer enquiries can be handled with confidence.

    henleys surveyors specialise in providing professional advice on residential properties in Essex and Suffolk. Our range of services include Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys and Valuations for residential property, to private and professional clients . We offer a professional, friendly and approachable service and we aim to provide high quality advice and excellent customer service.

    The principal surveyor at henleys is Dominic West MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer, with many years of experience working as a surveyor with firms in London, West Sussex and Essex. Dominic also has a great deal of hands on experience of managing, refurbishing and maintaining both residential and commercial properties.

    The practice is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has cover for professional indemnity insurance and third party insurance in full compliance with the requirements of the RICS.
