This includes a professional photo shoot from our in-house photographer, an RICS standard floorplan and a land registry site-map. Unlike our competitors we offer these services free of charge and without any contractual catch.
The attention to detail we put into every property can be viewed by browsing our stock on rightmove and we encourage potential clients to make a comparison against any of our competitors.
Other marketing includes exposure for every property in various local newspapers and our own 'Contact' magazine (distribution 17,000), professionally printed brochures, for sale boards, social media, local events and advanced email distribution. Again, all provided free of charge and for every client.

ServiceOur staff are organised differently to any other estate agency. We have an excellent staff-to-property ratio and by removing ourselves from the distractions of the high-street we are able to work in a more controlled and efficient fashion. This allows us more time to register buyers properly and to stay in regular touch with our clients. It also allows us time to follow-up every viewing.
As well as having our own professional photographer, we employ a full time sales progressor, whose role is to monitor our pipeline of sales. This involves liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors.
We are open 7days a week, 361 days a year, and until 7pm each week day. We have staff available to accompany viewings every day, and each week the sales team meet before hours to review the performance of every property we have for sale.
We choose not to employ any temporary, viewings, weekend or secretarial staff and each member of the sales team (including our progressor) visits every new instruction before it is launched - meaning buyer enquiries can be handled with confidence.

ValuationsOur valuations are provided free of charge and will always be confirmed in writing, normally with at least three examples of comparable evidence to support our thoughts.
We record and compare our valuation accuracy to make sure we are in tune with the market and these accuracy figures are available to clients and potential clients on request.

ResultsEvery estate agent we compete with makes impressive claims about the quality of their service and marketing and we are no different. What sets us apart is that we are accountable to the service we actually provide, asking for just ten days notice from our clients at any point.
This arrangement gives the control to our clients and puts the onus on us to provide a service which is consistent with what we are pitching.
In spite of this accountability we have superb levels of client retention and satisfaction, and our steady growth since our launch in 2006 has come principally from unsolicited repeat and recommended business.
