    Our staff are organised differently to any other estate agency. We have an excellent staff-to-property ratio and by removing ourselves from the distractions of the high-street we are able to work in a more controlled and efficient fashion. This allows us more time to register buyers properly and to stay in regular touch with our clients. It also allows us time to follow-up every viewing.

    As well as having our own professional photographer, we employ a full time sales progressor, whose role is to monitor our pipeline of sales. This involves liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors.

    We are open 7days a week, 361 days a year, and until 7pm each week day. We have staff available to accompany viewings every day, and each week the sales team meet before hours to review the performance of every property we have for sale.

    We choose not to employ any temporary, viewings, weekend or secretarial staff and each member of the sales team (including our progressor) visits every new instruction before it is launched - meaning buyer enquiries can be handled with confidence.

    Every henleys' property is marketed with ample photographs, a zoomable floorplan (with measurements), a site map drawn from land registry, and written text which is free from catch phrases. Garden sizes and directions are included for every property.

    In accordance with the Property Ombudsman's code of practice all property details are approved by our clients and all properties listed as for sale are genuinely for sale.

    Once a henleys' property has completed it is removed from mainstream online listings within 24 hours.

    henleys' sales team draws on nearly fifty years of combined experience in the property sector. All team members work full time and without assistance from part time, secretarial or weekend help.

    Emma Foley - negotiator
    Emma has a BA (hons) in English Language from Essex University and began as a negotiator with henleys in early 2011 after working in the public sector. Emma shares the responsibility for all buyer management and offer negotiation.

    Gerry Lucey - director/valuer

    Gerry began in estate agency in Woodbridge in 2003 and went on to gain valuable experience in new homes sales between 2004 and 2006. He joined henleys for its launch in 2006 and became a director in 2007. Day to day, Gerry is a property valuer and is jointly responsible for the running of the firm.

    Tom Bloomfield - director/valuer

    Tom has a degree in Business Management from University College Worcester and a diploma European Economics from Halmstad University in Sweden. Before co-launching henleys in 2006 he spent seven years in estate agency, with time spent in South-west London, Surrey and Suffolk.

    Miles Redgrave - senior negotiator

    Miles began in Estate Agency in Colchester in 2002 giving him considerable experience in the area. He spent five years at a town centre firm, followed by two years working for local and national developers. He joined henleys in 2009 as a senior negotiator. Miles shares the responsibility for all buyer management and offer negotiation.
