    Graham Fort - Managing Director
    Graham, our managing director, has fifteen years experience as an Estate Agent. He lives in Slyne and has an extensive knowledge of the local areas. Graham conducts our valuations and negotiations, priding himself in helping to change the way Estate Agents are perceived.In 2015 Graham led the team's decision to donate over £10,000 to two local charities St John's Hospice and Unique Kidz.Graham has gained an excellent reputation as an extremely professional, friendly agent - always achieving the best possible price for his clients. Graham was delighted to be joined in the Company by his son and daughter, Paul and Laura.Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends, cycling and the occasional holiday in Europe.

    Paul is one of our valuers and a Director here at ibay Homes. He holds a degree in Business Management and in addition is a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. In keeping with the ethos of the company, his focus is firmly on customer service and delivering on the expectations of the people he works for in his role as an estate agent.He completes all the EPCs required by clients of iBay Homes and has an extensive knowledge of a wide range of property in the local area and is comfortable dealing with all aspects of estate agency.Of a weekend Paul spends time with his Fiance and child, spending regular weekends in Centre Parcs.

    Laura Fort - Office Manager
    Laura is our Office Manager and a Director at ibay homes. She has been ever present in the development of the company, helping her father set up the estate agency back in 2011. Laura's dedication to her role at ibay means our customers always receive the highest possible level of service.Whilst her role is primarily in the office, Laura regularly does out of hours viewings for prospective purchasers and helps Julie with the marketing of our clients properties. Laura is currently studying for her National Association of Estate Agents Award while studying for her Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.Laura enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, going on City & Sun holidays and taking her niece and nephew out on exciting day trips.

    Julie Hall - Marketing Specialist
    Julie is our marketing specialist; her main role is to ensure that our clients' properties are presented to prospective purchasers in the most positive, accurate and informative way possible. Julie provides quality photographs and well detailed brochures and is served very well by her meticulous attention to detail. Julie has a wealth of industry knowledge and having lived locally all her life, she has proven to be a fantastic addition to the team. Outside of work Julie spends a lot of time with her children, walking 'Lily' her boxer, socialising with friends and attending festivals in the summer months.

    Ann, our viewer, has over 10 years experience working within the industry. She has a natural flair for identifying potential purchaser's requirements and highlighting a properties best features. Having lived in the Bay area all her life, Ann is familiar with the local amenities, schools and infrastructure holding a wealth of information relevant when purchasing your new home. Ann spends a lot of time with her Children and Grandchildren and enjoys long walks round Heysham Village and sea shore.
