    Jonathon started his career in 1979 at Colin Gray in Chislehurst, a market leader in its time. In 1989 he became a local board director of TSB property services where his responsibilities included expansion and marketing. Jonathon has been instrumental in the growth of jdm to five residential branches incorporating Lettings, New Homes and strategic Land Management.

    Richard's career started in 1986, and went on to manage offices in Orpington and Bromley. He joined Alan de Maid in 1989 as a Manager and progressed to Associate Director.
