We are an independent estate agency with vast collective experience in all aspects of the property industry. After starting out as landlords in 1996, our two directors experienced varying levels of agents’ service over the next decade or so. They then decided to launch their own agency; based on values they offer and expect, but had seldom received – knowledge, transparency and an ethical and client-focused approach to sales and lettings.
As a direct result of this, we have built strong business relationships with our landlords and vendors. Conversely, we always endeavour to establish robust working relations with our buyers and tenants also, because we fully appreciate the value of such relationships in ensuring smoother day-to-day operations.
How do we achieve this? Firstly by employing only the best suited staff. Our consultants are articulate, approachable and knowledgeable in all areas of the local property markets, and well informed of the industry’s codes of practice. In order to stay on top of this, we monitor and provide detailed, ongoing training, which keeps our staff up-to-date on all the latest industry-related developments. For the mutual benefit of our clients and ourselves, we like to keep our finger on the property sector’s pulse.
To provide our clients with extra assurance, we are answerable to all the following bodies, governing residential estate agency: The Property Ombudsman Service, UKALA (United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents), NLA (National Landlords Association) and CMP (Client Money Protection Service).
This professional focus, along with our sincere passion for property, based on knowledge, integrity and first class service, is what we believe defines our company and sets us apart from the others. We are not a ‘big corporate' with impersonal procedures and dispassionate service levels. We are a young, enthusiastic company that wants to impress and further develop our good reputation - yes, we can provide short-term solutions if required, but ultimately we intend to build long-term working relationships.
